Court Announces New Courthouse to Open in Morgan Hill

A new South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill will open effective April 6, 2009. As of that date, the existing South County court facility in San Martin will close permanently, and all cases previously filed at that location will be processed at the new South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill.

New Location for Family Court Dept. 73 Matters in '09

Family Court matters assigned to Department 73 will be transferred to the new South County Courthouse opening in Morgan Hill in early 2009. Parties can ask to have their case assigned to North County (the Sunnyvale Courthouse) rather than South County, using the Stipulation and Order re Transfer form on the Court's website.
