Juvenile Courts

The Juvenile Court handles cases of children under 18 years of age who violate any law, or any children who are abused or neglected.

Standing Orders are now posted on this website.

The Superior Court of Santa Clara County provides detailed information for both these kinds of cases on our Self-Service website:

Juvenile Justice Court 2008 Report to the Presiding Judge

Because of this interest, the Superior Court of Santa Clara County has posted a year-end report for 2008 of activities in Juvenile Justice Court, prepared by the Presiding Judge of Juvenile Court, the Honorable Patrick Tondreau.
